Tata Kelola Kolaboratif Benih Padi Lokal: Faktor-Faktor yang memengaruhinya di Sumatera Barat

Abstract
Tata kelola kolaboratif, yang semakin relevan saat ini, memungkinkan pemerintah dan berbagai pemangku kepentingan untuk mengejar tujuan bersama dan menciptakan solusi yang inklusif serta berkelanjutan. Dalam konteks tata kelola benih padi, kolaborasi ini mencakup koordinasi produksi dan distribusi benih berkualitas, yang mendukung kemandirian pangan dan keberlanjutan pertanian di daerah seperti Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kolaborasi pemangku kepentingan dalam tata kelola benih padi lokal di Sumatera Barat, dengan fokus pada aktor seperti petani, pemerintah, peneliti, dan LSM. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan bagi para pemangku kepentingan dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mendorong praktik tata kelola benih yang berkelanjutan menggunakan pendekatan mix-method eksploratori sekuensial, yang menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk menganalisis faktor faktor yang memengaruhi kolaborasi dalam tata kelola benih padi di Sumatera Barat. Hasil utama menunjukkan empat faktor yang memerlukan prioritas segera: stok benih, pemasaran benih, sumber daya, dan peningkatan kapasitas. Penanganan faktor-faktor prioritas ini berpotensi meningkatkan kolaborasi, memperbaiki kualitas benih, serta memperkuat ketahanan pertanian lokal. Temuan kami menekankan faktor yang penting dalam tata kelola kolaboratif yang efektif dalam menjaga sistem benih lokal dan keberlanjutan produktivitas pertanian.
